消息面上，维立志博近日宣布，公司自主研发的PD-L1/4-1BB双特异性抗体维利信（LBL-024）联合用药一线治疗局部晚期或转移性胃或胃食管结合部腺癌的Ⅱ期临床研究顺利完成首例患者入组。
广发证券发布研报称，LBL-024针对3L+EP-NEC的注册性IIb研究已于2025年8月完成96例患者入组，预计2026年Q3递交BLA；该品种已在中国拓展至13个实体瘤适应症，并在1LEP-NEC、1LSCLC和1L/2+LNSCLC中持续读出积极信号，计划于2026年的国际会议更新数据。兴业证券则表示，LBL-024 上市在即展现重磅单品潜力。
