智通财经APP讯，华沿机器人(01021)发布公告，于2026年4月27日，本公司与新代科技(苏州)有限公司(新代)及苏州联达自动化设备有限公司(联达)签署三方战略合作备忘录。新代和联达均由新代科技股份有限公司(于台湾证券交易所上市，股票代号：7750.TW，为本公司及其关连人士的独立第三方)100%控制。备忘录三方基于技术互补与市场协同的原则，建立长期战略合作关系，以实现“CNC+协作机器人”一体化解决方案的发展与应用为共同目标。
备忘录约定，三方同意以未来三年(2026-2028年)实现1万台以上协作机器人应用为共同目标，推动协作机器人在CNC领域的应用落地。
本次战略合作将充分整合本公司在协作机器人领域和新代及联达在CNC控制领域的优势，共同推动智慧制造发展与市场拓展，并预计将在未来为本公司带来 1万台以上协作机器人产品销售订单。
