4月27日金融一线消息，辽宁金融监管局发布《关于辽宁农村商业银行股份有限公司开办信用卡收单业务的批复》，同意该行开办信用卡收单业务，并承接原辽宁农信系统各法人机构存量业务。

　　辽宁金融监管局表示，开办信用卡收单业务，应严格遵守《商业银行信用卡业务监督管理办法》等有关规定。应加强信用卡收单业务管理，有效防控业务风险。应定期向辽宁金融监管局报告信用卡收单业务经营管理情况。
