智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)发布公告，于2026年4月28日，本公司与河北建设投资集团有限责任公司签订股权转让合同，据此，本公司同意出售及河北建投同意收购河北燃气有限公司55%的股权，代价为人民币2462.295万元。于本公告之日，河北燃气由本公司及河北建投分别持有55%及45%的股权，为本公司的非全资附属公司。于出售事项完成后，本公司将不再持有河北燃气的任何股权。
出售事项有利于提升本集团的经营业绩和整体盈利能力，助力本集团未来可持续发展。同时，由于河北建投为河北燃气的现有股东并有能力支持河北燃气农村煤改气保供等非盈利性业务，出售事项亦有助于河北燃气的持续稳定运营。
