智通财经APP获悉，品牌冷压果汁及其他软饮料生产商Suja Life(SUJA.US)于周一公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)条款。这家总部位于加利福尼亚州欧申赛德的公司计划通过发行890万股股票(其中2%为老股东出售)募资2亿美元，发行价格区间为每股21至24美元。
Suja Life是一家专注于功能性及健康导向饮品的饮料平台公司。旗下拥有Suja Organic、Vive Organic和Slice等品牌，销售冷压果汁、功能型养生饮品及功能性苏打水，覆盖不同日常消费场景。其产品组合涵盖营养支持、免疫力增强以及更健康饮品等定位，并由北美地区一家垂直整合的冷压饮料生产基地提供供应链保障。
Suja Life成立于2012年，截至2025年12月31日的12个月内实现营收3.27亿美元。公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“SUJA”。本次发行的联席账簿管理人为高盛、杰富瑞、William Blair、美银证券及Evercore ISI。预计将在2026年5月4日当周定价。
