智通财经APP讯，容大科技(09881)发布公告，于2026年4月24日，公司收到联交所发出的函件，当中载列以下有关公司股份恢复买卖的指引：(a)对导致审计事项的相关交易进行适当的独立法证调查、评估其对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救措施;(b)证明对集团管理层及╱或任何对公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格并无合理的监管忧虑，以免为投资者带来风险及损害市场信心;
(c)委聘独立内部控制顾问进行独立内部控制审核，并证明：已纠正与暂停买卖有关的重大缺陷，并已采取所有必要的补救措施;及公司的内部控制足以且有效地履行其职责，并使公司能够在所有重大方面遵守上市规则，包括但不限于财务报告、披露以及有关须予公布及关连交易的合规性及披露重大资料;(d)刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未发布的财务业绩，并处理任何审计修订;(e)证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条之规定;(f)告知市场所有重大资料，以供公司股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况。
