4月25日消息，奇瑞汽车股份有限公司（以下简称“奇瑞汽车”）、宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司（以下简称“宁德时代”）、时代电服科技有限公司（以下简称“时代电服”）、奇瑞绿能生态科技有限公司（以下简称“奇瑞绿能”）今天在北京签署战略合作协议。各方将全面深化能源战略合作，聚焦超换共享网络布局、绿色能源生态共建等领域，共同推动新能源产业高质量发展。

　　根据协议，各方将整合技术、产业、生态优势资源，协同构建数字化的零碳补能网络，为全球用户提供可充可换的便捷补能体验。奇瑞汽车将开发适配换电电池及换电网络的车型，宁德时代及子公司时代电服将负责换电电池的开发迭代与供应保障，奇瑞绿能将配套提供全场景绿色能源解决方案，全方位提升用户补能体验。本次合作还将推动“车能融合”迈向规模化落地，以绿色技术创新与生态共建推动交通领域绿色、低碳发展，助力“双碳”目标落地。
