花旗发布研报称，首次覆盖周大福创建（00659），给予“买入”评级，目标价10.6港元。该行看好周大福创建，主要基于：（1）可持续及递增的派息政策（2026财年预测股息率约7%）； （2）透过周大福人寿的寿险业务实现强劲的应占经营溢利（AOP）增长（2026财年预测+17%）； 及（c）持续活跃的资本循环。
该行表示，周大福创建自上市23年以来每年均派发股息，自由现金流分析显示过去五年股息覆盖率显著高于1倍，预计2026至2028财年将维持此水平。保守预测2026财年每股派息0.6港元，意味着约7%的吸引股息率。周大福人寿受惠于香港寿险市场强劲增长，连同渠道改革及审慎成本控制，预期2026至2028财年AOP将实现中高双位数增长。管理层亦积极进行非核心资产剥离，已于2026上半财年收取超过3亿港元，未来潜在出售或再带来约30至40亿港元。
