Aeroflex Enterprises (NSE:AEROENTER, BOM:511076) said its subsidiary M.R. Organisation (USA) has acquired the remaining 49% stake in ABP Impex, Portugal, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company rose over 1% in Tuesday's trade.
Following the transaction, ABP Impex has become M.R. Organisation's wholly owned subsidiary, the filing said.
