智通财经APP讯，武汉有机(02881)发布公告，鉴于本公司建议迁册及公司条例(香港法例第622章)规定香港有限公司的公司秘书(为自然人)须通常居于香港，而陈平先生将无法满足此项要求。因此，我们的执行董事兼联席公司秘书陈平先生已辞任本公司联席公司秘书，自2026年4月27日起生效。陈平先生将继续担任本公司执行董事及上市规则第3.05条项下授权代表。
本公司的另一名联席公司秘书赖浩恩女士，具备上市规则第3.28条所规定公司秘书专业资格及相关经验，将继续担任本公司的公司秘书。
