消息面上，4月16日，公司公告1GW容量数据中心完成大型负荷并网研究并获得ERCOT授予的并网许可，数据中心毗邻集团现有公共事业规模光伏及储能项目，可形成"光储+数据中心"同址供电模式。国元国际发布研报称，ERCOT并网许可的稀缺性和价值不可忽视，期待后续融资及数据中心PPA签约进展。
该行指出，美国660MW光伏PPA锁定15年，1GW数据中心获并网许可；美国项目经济性显著优于国内，盈利确定性有保障。公司战略正发生根本性转变：海外聚焦持有盈利确定性高的长期PPA资产，国内走向轻资产化。2026年国内新投产约300MW，以2025年开工项目收尾为主，新项目基本不再重资产持有，转为BT模式。
