ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，获贝莱德支持的代币化平台 Securitize 宣布与全球股票过户代理巨头 Computershare 达成合作，允许美国上市公司在现有股票体系之外发行链上代币化股权（Issuer-Sponsored Tokens，ISTs）。

根据方案，投资者未来可选择通过传统证券账户持有股票，也可直接通过数字钱包持有对应链上股权资产。Computershare 将继续担任过户代理（Transfer Agent），负责股东名册管理、股息分配及拆股等公司行为处理。

报道称，该结构的核心在于避免传统加密市场常见的“包装股权（wrapped shares）”模式。与仅代表股票索取权的衍生代币不同，ISTs 将直接代表真实股权所有权，而非链下股票的映射凭证。

Carlos Domingo 表示，ISTs 并非建立在现有股票之上的衍生品，而是允许美国发行方直接以代币形式创建真实股权。
