智通财经APP讯，福耀玻璃(03606)发布公告，本公司将向于2026年5月22日(星期五)名列本公司股东名册的H股股东派付截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股利每股派发现金股利人民币1.20元(含税)。H股股利以港币支付，每股H股应派末期现金股利约为港币1.369525元(含税)。末期股利将由收款代理人于2026年6月12日(星期五)支付。为厘订有权获派截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股利的H股股东名单，本公司将于2026年5月18日(星期一)至2026年5月22日(星期五)(包括首尾两天)暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。
