智通财经APP讯，邮储银行(01658)发布公告，为实现战略整合、优化资源配置、降低管理成本，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司于2025年10月9日召开2025年第二次临时股东大会，审议通过了该行吸收合并中邮邮惠万家银行有限责任公司的议案。2025年12月30日，该行发布了《中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司关于吸收合并全资子公司获国家金融监督管理总局批准的公告》，国家金融监督管理总局已批准该行吸收合并邮惠万家银行，并承接其清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。
近日，邮惠万家银行收到上海市市场监督管理局出具的《准予注销登记通知书》，邮惠万家银行注销企业登记手续已办理完毕。同时，该行已按要求完成吸收合并后的工商变更登记手续。至此，该行已完成对邮惠万家银行的吸收合并。
本次吸收合并有助于进一步优化该行管理及业务架构，巩固数字化转型成效，提高运营效率，降低管理成本。邮惠万家银行财务报表已按100%比例纳入该行合并报表范围，本次吸收合并事项不会对该行财务状况和经营成果产生影响，不会损害该行及股东的利益。
