智通财经APP讯，智算能建(01751)发布公告，于2025年4月24日，景联(大中华)(为本公司的间接全资附属公司)作为租户与金伟建筑(为独立第三方)作为业主就物业A订立第一份租赁协议，由2025年5月16日起至2028年5月15日(包括首尾两天)为期3年。
于2025年9月18日，景联(大中华)(为本公司的间接全资附属公司)作为租户与顺立(为独立第三方)作为业主就物业B订立第二份租赁协议，由2026年1月16日起至2031年1月15日(包括首尾两天)为期5年。
物业A为元朗第126区地段第114号、115号余段及第203号;物业B为九龙观塘伟业街209及211号富合工厂大厦地下B室。
第一份租赁协议及第二份租赁协议乃为支持本集团建筑及工程业务的营运需要而订立。第一份租赁协议乃为存放建筑材料而订立，而第二份租赁协议则为工业用途而订立。
租赁协议的条款乃经公平磋商后达致，而租金经参考各个地区类似可资比较物业的现行市场租金而厘定。董事认为，租赁协议的条款乃按一般商业条款订立，并符合本公司及其股东整体利益。
