Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) is preparing to file draft documents as early as May for an initial public offering of Indian telecommunications tower operator Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The IPO could raise up to 60 billion Indian rupees ($631.8 million), the unnamed sources told the news outlet.
The company is also weighing a pre-IPO fundraising round of up to 30 billion rupees, according to the report.
Brookfield didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
