智通财经APP讯，捷利交易宝(08017)发布公告，有关公司全资附属公司Power Mind Global Limited(买方)拟收购Tiger Faith AM International Limited(目标公司)33.4%股权，收购事项已根据股份购买协议的条款及条件于2026年4月30日完成。于完成后，买方持有目标公司33.4%股权。目标公司为资产管理公司的唯一股东，资产管理公司为中国香港注册成立的有限责任公司，并根据《证券及期货条例》获发牌进行第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动。
董事会认为，本次收购将助力集团进一步打造多元化金融平台，利用相关牌照为客户提供更具特色的综合性产品与服务，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
