消息面上，4月27日，晶泰科技CEO马健在2026广东省人工智能应用对接大会上宣布，其AI自主实验平台孵化的企业希格生科研发的泛TEAD抑制剂SIGX2649已完成临床前研究，将同步向中、美监管机构提交IND申请，相关成果还将亮相2026年美国癌症研究协会（AACR）年会。
据悉，SIGX2649 为潜在first-in-class/best-in-class的泛TEAD抑制剂，在实体瘤治疗领域有广泛的药物市场。TEAD抑制剂作为靶向HIPPO通路的核心靶点，临床前数据显示，SIGX2649能有效抑制四种TEAD亚型，具备更强抗肿瘤活性、更低肾毒性，联用潜力突出，全球尚无同靶点药物上市。
