智通财经APP讯，中国水务(00855)发布公告，于2026年4月28日，公司及附属公司担保人与Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc等(作为初始购买人)就发行及销售本金总额为1.5亿美元于2030年到期的5.875厘增发优先票据订立购买协议。增发票据将与2025年10月22日所发行的1.5亿美元于2030年到期的5.875厘优先票据整合并组成单一系列。
增发票据发行所得款项总额将约为1.43亿美元。扣除与本次发售有关的包销折扣、佣金及公司应付的其他估计开支后的所得款项净额将用作拨付同步购买要约及偿还若干其他离岸债务。在上述前提下，公司计划将相当于本次发售所得款项总额的金额，全部或部分用作按照蓝绿融资框架为合资格绿色项目(尤其是供水项目)融资或再融资。
