金吾财讯 | 半导体板块回暖，康特隆(01912)涨22.35%，天数智芯(09903)涨16.82%，中芯国际(00981)涨6.00%，傅里叶(03625)涨3.66%，FORTIOR(01304)涨2.48%，纳芯微(02676)涨1.68%，华虹半导体(01347)涨1.85%，芯智控股(02166)涨1.71%，澜起科技(06809)涨1.26%。

开源证券研究认为，上周英特尔、海力士、德州仪器（TI）等半导体龙头发布超预期财报，带动费城半导体指数大涨10.02%，市场或从AI叙事转向业绩兑现。行业层面，算力、存力、模拟领域景气共振。算力端，多款AI模型密集发布，CPU自3月起开启涨价，消费级、服务器级分别上涨5%-10%、10%-20%；存力端，海力士Q1营收52.58万亿韩元（约2441.12亿元），同比增198%、环比增60%，营业利润37.61万亿韩元（约1746.11亿元），同比增405%、环比增96%，新品推进顺利，三星则面临罢工扰动供应风险。模拟端，TI、意法半导体Q1业绩及Q2指引均超预期，板块景气升温。此外，盛合晶微登陆科创板，募资50.28亿元，当日大涨289.48%。整体来看，半导体全产业链受算力需求催化，全球景气度持续提升。
