消息面上，据新华社报道，特朗普4月29日接受表示，他将继续对伊朗实施海上封锁，直至伊方同意达成一项能打消美方对伊核计划担忧的协议。他称，封锁“在某种程度上比轰炸更为有效”，伊方处境“只会变得更糟”，并表示不打算解除封锁。伊朗新闻电视台29日援引一名高级安全官员的话称，伊朗将很快以“前所未有的军事行动”回应美国“持续不断的海盗行为”。
市场担心中东冲突加剧，继续阻碍全球原油供应，国际油价在4月30日亚洲交易时段继续走高，其中布伦特油价升破124美元/桶，为美以对伊朗发动军事行动以来的最高水平。
