今日，沈阳市皇姑区山姆会员店项目新闻通气会在皇姑区召开，会上相关负责人介绍了皇姑区山姆会员店项目具体情况。

皇姑区山姆会员店，坐落于沈阳市皇姑区鸭绿江街东侧、圣安路南侧，地处皇姑区核心商业发展板块，规划用地面积4.06万平方米，项目总建筑面积为7.8万平方米。

整体建筑规划为地上两层，地下两层结构，地上规划为两层商业主体空间，建筑面积共计26000平方米。

地下建设两层空间，建筑面积合计52000平方米，主要规划为设备用房与地下停车场，项目共规划停车位1128个，其中地下设置车位1050个，地上规划智能充电车位65个，装卸车位13个。

本项目总投资约9.3亿元，2026年4月30日正式开工建设，预计2027年12月底前全面完成项目竣工验收备案工作，正式交付投入使用。
