智通财经APP讯，中泽丰(01282)发布公告，于2026年4月29日，卖方Ultra Glory Investments Limited(超荣投资有限公司)(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Gourmet Dining Group Limited订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买物业，总代价为3820.6万港元。
物业位于香港金钟道89号力宝中心二座19楼1908室。物业乃作商业用途。
公司认为香港物业市场之低迷，特别是商业及工业物业板块，于短期内不太可能复苏。公司相信，鉴于现行市场情况，出售事项乃变现部分资产以改善流动资金状况的良机。出售事项之条款乃经公平磋商及广泛寻找愿意提供合理可接受代价之有意买家后达成。公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额用于偿还集团之现有债务，从而降低集团之财务成本并改善其整体财务状况，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
