智通财经APP获悉，由香港中华煤气(00003)孵化兼作为战略股东的怡斯莱(EcoCeres)去年底曾传出弃英去港的上市传闻，最新有消息指，怡斯莱将以保密形式向香港联交所提交上市申请，集资规模约8亿至10亿美元(约62.4亿至78亿港元)，最快今年内上市。据悉，德银、汇丰、摩根士丹利和瑞银将负责推进怡斯莱的上市计划。 香港联交所股权披露显示，恒基地产(00012)主席李家杰创立的赋生资本(Full Vision Capital)于2月2日持有怡斯莱2.92%股权，持股约33.92万股。 怡斯莱专注于利用100%废弃原料，生产可持续燃料及绿色分子，并推动其创新及商业化，主要产品包括可持续航空燃料(SAF)及氢化植物油(HVO)，促进航空、陆路运输等行业减排。
