UDR (UDR) reported Q1 funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.63 per share, up from $0.58 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.62.
Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $425.8 million, up from $421.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $427.1 million.
For Q2, the company expects FFO of $0.62 to $0.64 per share. Analyst expect $0.63.
For the full-year 2026, the company said it now expects FFO of $2.48 to $2.58, compared with $2.47 to $2.57 previously.
Analyst expect $2.53.
