智通财经APP讯，中国南方航空股份(01055)发布公告，于2026年4月29日，本公司与空中客车公司订立飞机收购协议，以自空中客车公司购买102架A320 NEO系列飞机;厦门航空有限公司，即本公司拥有 55%股权的附属公司，与空中客车公司订立飞机收购协议，以自空中客车公司购买 35 架 A320 NEO 系列飞机。
董事们认为，诸如粤港澳大湾区发展、京津冀协同发展以及“一带一路”联合建设等重大国家战略，为本集团带来了更广阔的发展机遇。本集团积极把握这些发展机遇，保持运力份额的稳定增长，并优化机队结构。此次收购将通过提升本集团的运力，增强其市场竞争力。
