智通财经APP讯，京玖康疗(00648)公布，公司控股股东 Multi Omniverse Group Limited已于 2026 年 4 月 29 日(交易时段后)与一家配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理出售所持最多5亿股公司股份，每股配售股份0.11港元，售期自配售协议日期起至 2026 年 5 月 8 日止，或由配售股东与配售代理书面协定的较长期间。
于完成配售后，并假设所有配售股份均成功配售予承配人，配售股东将持有公司10.93亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股份的 51.0%，并将继续为公司的控股股东。
