0248 GMT - Keyence's accelerating growth keeps Morningstar's Kangyuxiao Li confident in the stock. The Japanese factory-automation company's sales in Europe grew more than 10% on year on a local currency basis in the March quarter, the first time in nearly three years, the analyst says in a note. This suggests the trough in the past few years was more cyclical than structural and that its model continues to be valued, he adds. Its domestic business also delivered record March-quarter sales, he says. He raises his overseas growth estimate to 16% for FY 2026. Morningstar raises its fair-value estimate by 7% to 70,100 yen. Shares last closed at 73,800 yen. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
