Mapletree Industrial Trust's Outlook Remains Mixed -- Market Talk

0440 GMT - Mapletree Industrial Trust's overall outlook remains mixed, says DBS Group Research's Derek Tan in a note. While its Singapore portfolio is likely to post rent increases and resilient occupancy, its U.S. assets are likely to see higher vacancies, which could pressure its distribution per unit, the analyst says. Higher interest rates could also weigh, he says. He trims his FY 2027-FY 2028 distribution per unit estimates by 7%-8%. DBS cuts its rating to hold from buy and reduces its target price to S$2.05 from S$2.45. Units fall 3.9% to S$1.98.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
