智通财经APP获悉，4月28日，艾伯维(ABBV.US)宣布，已向美国FDA递交乌帕替尼(Upadacitinib)的新适应症上市申请，用于治疗成人和12岁及以上青少年重度斑秃(AA)。
乌帕替尼是艾伯维研发的一款口服、高选择性JAK1抑制剂，目前正在多种免疫介导性疾病中对其进行研究。基于酶和细胞试验，乌帕替尼对JAK1显示出的抑制效力大于对JAK2、JAK3和TYK2的抑制效力。
乌帕替尼于2019年首次在美国获批上市，2022年2月获批进入中国。2025年该药全球销售额达83.04亿美元，同比增长39.1%。截至目前，该产品获批的适应症包括特应性皮炎、类风湿关节炎、银屑病关节炎、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病、强直性脊柱炎、非放射学中轴型脊柱关节炎和巨细胞动脉炎。
艾伯维表示，乌帕替尼正在针对斑秃、化脓性汗腺炎、大动脉炎、系统性红斑狼疮及白癜风开展III期临床试验。此次申报斑秃适应症是基于两项重复III期研究(UP-AA)的积极结果。受试者的基线平均SALT评分为84(约等于16%的头皮毛发覆盖率)。
