智通财经APP获悉，东曜药业-B(01875)盘中涨超9%，截至发稿，涨6.77%，报4.89港元，成交额1957.1万港元。
消息面上，东曜药业公布多位管理层变动。其中，李锦才则获委任为执行董事、董事会主席、提名委员会主席、战略及ESG委员会主席以及薪酬委员会成员，自4月29日起生效。据悉，李锦才为药明合联(02268)的首席执行官。
公开资料显示，今年3月，药明合联完成对东曜药业的现金要约收购。国投证券国际指出，东曜药业实现华丽转型，由传统制药企业摇身成为CDMO赛道的领军企业。依托与药明的深度协同融合，公司未来CDMO业务有望持续稳健增长，进一步巩固行业地位。未来CDMO订单价格有望进一步提高。
