智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，本公司拟使用自有资金以集中竞价交易的方式回购部分本公司A股股份(A 股股份)(本次回购)，本次回购的股份将全部予以注销并减少公司注册资本。
按回购金额上限人民币5亿元(含)，回购价格上限人民币39.84 元/股(含)进行测算，预计回购股份数量约为1255.02万股，约占公司当前总股本的0.30%。按回购金额下限人民币3亿元(含)、回购价格上限人民币 39.84元/股(含)进行测算，预计回购股份数量约为753.01万股，约占公司当前总股本的0.18%。具体回购股份的数量以本次回购结束时实际回购的股份数量为准。
