荷兰国际集团的Francesco Pesole在一份报告中称，美联储稍晚的决定以及持续的美国-伊朗紧张局势可能会扩大欧元兑美元目前的跌幅。

　　他称，市场仍倾向于在欧元跌破1.17美元时买入，1.17美元已成为外汇投资者衡量中东局势人气的一个关键基准水平。

　　他表示，如果美联储倾向于采取偏紧的货币政策、风险偏好不佳，以及在重开霍尔木兹海峡方面缺乏进展，那么欧元可能会更果断地跌破该水平。美联储将公布其决定。欧元下跌0.1%，至1.1705美元。
