　　一群Alphabet股东正在向这家科技巨头施压，要求其解释如何管理和控制各国政府将其技术和云服务用于监控目的。此前，该公司拒绝了投资者要求加强信息披露的呼吁。

　　在一封致Alphabet的信中，投资者要求与管理层会面。此前，这家谷歌母公司反对了一项股东决议，该决议要求公司就如何监管相关风险出具报告。负责起草这封信的Zevin资产管理公司可持续投资总监表示：“云服务是一个不断增长的领域，而且正变得越来越军事化。我们没有看到他们对高风险环境下的干预有严格的控制。”

　　这封信由42家机构和14位个人签署，管理的资产总额达1.15万亿美元，共持有Alphabet约22亿美元的股份。此次投资者行动是针对Alphabet在Project Nimbus、向美国移民局提供服务以及在沙特阿拉伯运营等事宜表达担忧。此外，五角大楼已确认将扩大使用谷歌的Gemini AI模型。

　　投资者表示，他们的担忧在Alphabet于2025年修订其AI原则后进一步加剧，新原则删除了“限制某些武器和监控应用”的明确表述。投资者还警告，技术滥用可能使Alphabet面临诉讼、监管行动或巨额罚款。
