智通财经APP讯，四川成渝高速公路(00107)发布公告，于2026年4月30日，四川成渝兴蜀供应链管理有限公司(兴蜀供应链公司，公司间接非全资附属公司)与采购方四川交建陵州建设有限公司天眉乐高速公路项目LM项目经理部签署《终止协议》，因兴蜀供应链公司业务调整，《砂石采购合同》已无继续履行的客观基础，据此，双方同意终止《砂石采购合同》。
根据《终止协议》，双方将就《砂石采购合同》履行期间涉及的货款、履约保证金等款项进行结算，采购方应当在双方办理结算并形成结算单后(以结算单载明的时间为准)的3个月内支付货款。除《终止协议》约定的结算款项外，双方确认彼此之间不存在其他任何未结清的债权债务、费用及索赔事项。
本公司认为，《终止协议》的条款乃按正常商业条款订立，属公平合理，并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益，因此对本公司经营及财务状况不会产生重大影响。
