智通财经APP讯，九江银行(06190)发布公告，本行董事会已于2026年4月30日举行的董事会会议上决议建议：提名周时辛先生及肖璟先生为第八届董事会执行董事;提名罗峰先生、史志山先生、陈文俊先生及徐志新先生为第八届董事会非执行董事; 提名王宛秋女士、张永宏先生、田力先生及郭杰群先生为第八届董事会独立非执行董事。
第七届董事任期届满后，袁德磊先生、周苗女士及刘一男先生将不再担任本行董事及相关专门委员会职务。其中，袁德磊先生将自年度股东会审议通过选举第八届董事会董事的决议案之日起不再担任董事;周苗女士将自陈文俊先生的董事任职资格获得国家金融监管机构核准之日起不再担任董事;刘一男先生将自徐志新先生的董事任职资格获得国家金融监管机构核准之日起不再担任董事。
