智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)发布公告，公司的普通股于香港联合交易所有限公司主板买卖的每手买卖单位将由2000股股份更改为500股股份，自2026年5月22日(星期五)上午九时正起生效。
根据股份于本公告日期在联交所所报收市价每股7.32港元计算，更改每手买卖单位前每手买卖单位股份的市值为14640港元，而于更改每手买卖单位后将为3660港元。更改每手买卖单位将降低每手买卖单位股份的市值。董事会预期，调低每手买卖单位将降低投资者购买股份的进入门槛，从而提高股份的流动性、吸引更多投资者，并扩大公司股东基础。更改每手买卖单位将不会导致股东的相对权利有任何变动。董事会认为，更改每手买卖单位符合公司及股东的整体利益。
