智通财经APP讯，湾区发展(00737)发布公告，经通过广州公共资源交易中心进行公开招标及投标程序后，承建商获选定为中标单位，并于2026年4月30日(交易时段后)与广珠西线合营企业((被视为本公司的附属公司))订立数字化转型施工合同。根据数字化转型施工合同，承建商同意承接广珠西线高速公路交通基础设施数字化转型升级的施工工程，签约合同价为人民币3606.76万元。
订立数字化转型施工合同旨在响应公路基础设施数字化转型升级是国家战略重点工程，能让高速公路更智慧、高效、安全、经济;大数据与无感收费缓解拥堵，实时感知提升行车安全，数字孪生实现精准养护，并提供车道级导航、充电桩查询等服务，为车路协同与自动驾驶奠定基础。通过建设智慧站点与智慧服务区，将有助于提升广珠西线高速公路的通行能力和服务水平，壮大本集团在收费公路行业的核心竞争力，符合本集团的发展战略。
