智通财经APP讯，北控城市资源(03718)发布公告，本公司持有85%股权的附属公司丞美服务有限公司(丞美服务(香港))最近经中华人民共和国香港特别行政区(香港)康乐及文化事务署的招标程序(招标)，成功中标以下五个项目：为康乐及文化事务署离岛、荃湾、屯门、元朗及葵青区康乐场地提供清洁及支援服务。估计合约总值9.65亿港元。
本集团主要从事提供环境卫生服务、危险废物处理服务及废弃电器及电子产品处理服务。丞美服务(香港)为一间根据香港法律成立的公司，主要从事提供环境卫生服务。
根据招标内容，丞美服务(香港)将提供的服务范围包括但不限于为香港康乐及文化事务署指定地区的康乐场地、公园及游乐场提供清洁、灭虫灭鼠、废物收集、可回收物收集及其他支援服务。五份合约预期均于2026年5月1日开始，为期三年。
董事会谨此声明，本集团从香港康乐及文化事务署取得中标通知书，尚未就招标订立任何正式合约。实际合约价值及总收益或会因市场环境及其他条件的任何意外变动而与本公告有所不同。本公告概无就招标对本集团的溢利作出预测或估计。
