智通财经APP讯，星太链集团(00399)发布公告，上市复核委员会于2026年3月31日就上市复核委员会复核申请举行聆讯。公司于2026年4月28日收到上市复核委员会的来函，通知在考虑公司及上市科的陈述(包括公司在聆讯中的陈述)后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会决定，依据上市规则第6.01(3)条暂停公司股份买卖，理由是公司未能维持足够的营运水准及具备足够价值的资产以支援其营运，从而符合上市规则第13.24条的要求上市复核委员会复核决定。
公司已取得一项临时禁制令，禁止执行上市复核委员会复核决定，该禁制令有效期至下周二。公司将根据该禁制令正式提交申请，寻求司法复核上市复核委员会复核决定的许可，并申请临时禁制令救济。法院已排期审理公司关于司法复核许可及临时禁制令救济的申请。公司股份交易仍然继续。
