各产品线营业收入分别为：安全与识别芯片约为人民币2.36亿元，较上年同期增长约为16.34%;非挥发性存储器约为人民币2.93亿元，较上年同期增长约为23.39%;智能电表芯片约为人民币1.23亿元，较上年同期增长约为19.61%;FPGA及其他产品约为人民币3.47亿元，较上年同期增长约为10.67%;测试服务收入(合并抵消后)约为人民币0.33亿元，较上年同期增长约为5.73%。
