4月30日金融一线消息，邮储银行发布公告称，近日，该行已完成注册资本的变更登记手续，并已取得北京市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》，注册资本由991.61亿元增加至1200.95亿元，并就相应修订后的公司章程向其备案。
