智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月29日，茂盛控股(00022)股东将股票由宏智证券转入花旗银行，转仓市值780.68万港元，占比5.93%。
4月10日，茂盛控股发布公告，有关控股股东Winland Wealth (BVI) Limited(卖方)配售现有股份，董事会获卖方通知，配售事项已完成，故此配售事项可供配售的全部配售股份(即卖方持有的13.27亿股股份，占公司现有已发行股本约67.47%及相当于卖方于完成前所持的全部股份)均已由配售代理根据配售协议成功配发予不少于6名承配人。所有该等配售股份均已于2026年4月9日结算。
