路透4月28日 - 据《华尔街日报》周二报导，工业工具制造商阿美特克 （Ametek ，股票代码：AME.N）正就收购阀门和泵制造商英迪科（Indicor）的部分业务进行独家谈判。英迪科目前由私募股权公司CD&R控股。
报导援引知情人士的话称，若收购Indicor的测试与测量业务，其估值将达到约50亿美元。
报导补充称，双方可能 在未来几周内达成协议 ，但谈判仍有可能破裂。
