4月30日金融一线消息，据中国人民银行崇左市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司广西壮族自治区崇左市分行因未按规定开展尽职调查、违反网络安全管理规定、未按照规定开展客户尽职调查、未按照规定报告可疑交易，被处警告，并处罚款人民币77.57万元。

　　同时，李某宁（时任中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司广西壮族自治区崇左市分行个人金融部总经理）因对该行相关违法行为负有责任，涉及未按规定开展尽职调查事项，被处警告，并处罚款人民币5.37万元。
