ChainCatcher 消息，据云锋金融官方公众号消息，云锋金融集团（00376.HK）已完成对全球金融基础设施与跨境支付服务商 WooshPay 的战略性投资，具体投资金额未披露。
据悉，WooshPay 是受英国金融行为监管局（FCA）及香港海关严格监管的全球支付平台，已为小米、大型教育集团及 IoT 上市公司等众多标杆客户提供跨境资金流转服务，业务覆盖 170 个国家和地区，支持 155 种法币及主流数字资产。
云锋金融表示，此次投资旨在将 WooshPay 领先的全球支付结算能力与集团旗下数字资产基础设施 AlphaToken 进行深度融合，构建“资产端、客户端、基建端与支付端”的四端双向通道，打造涵盖“资产代币化”与“合规结算”的全链路生态闭环。
