消息面上，中教控股发布截至2月底中期业绩，收入37.92亿元人民币，同比增长3.24%；公司拥有人应占利润7.57亿元，同比减少21.72%。净利润减少乃主要由于所得税及间接税开支增加以及校区扩建及课程增加而增加了师资及教学投入。该等新校区及楼宇投入营运亦导致折旧增加。
