Braemar Hotels & Resorts plans to sell a resort in Colorado for $176 million in cash.
The real estate investment trust said Thursday it agreed to sell the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa to Apres Owner.
The company expects the sale to close in the second quarter. It plans to use the net proceeds from the sale to redeem its outstanding 4.5% convertible senior notes due in June, and for general corporate purposes.
