南财智讯5月3日电，中国儒意（00136.HK）公告，公司于2026年4月7日与腾讯代表公司（代表腾讯控股有限公司及其相关实体，包括腾讯视频等）签订《二零二六年游戏合作框架协议》。协议有效期自先决条件达成之日起至2028年12月31日止。合作内容涵盖发行合作、共同运营合作、营销服务及独家代理四类模式，具体包括：公司作为合作游戏产品的独家代理发行方或指定平台发行方；双方在各自平台共同运营游戏并按渠道收益结算；公司为腾讯代表公司提供基于影游联动的定制化营销服务；腾讯代表公司在其平台及第三方平台发行、运营及推广合作游戏。协议项下拟筹备12款合作产品，预计于2026至2027年陆续推出。
