新华财经巴黎5月1日电美国亚马逊公司低地轨道卫星计划的又一批32颗卫星4月30日从法属圭亚那库鲁航天中心成功发射，所有卫星被顺利部署到预定轨道。此次发射任务由欧洲阿丽亚娜6型运载火箭完成。
据阿丽亚娜航天公司官网介绍，此次发射任务使用了装有四个助推器的阿丽亚娜6型运载火箭。据介绍，该火箭有两种型号，分别装有两个和四个助推器，后一种型号能力更强。根据合同，为部署亚马逊低轨卫星，阿丽亚娜6型运载火箭将执行18次发射任务，本次发射是继今年2月发射后的第二次任务。
“这证明了我们有能力满足人造卫星市场日益增长的需求，并为客户提供可靠且具有竞争力的解决方案。”阿丽亚娜航天公司首席执行官戴维·卡瓦约莱斯表示。
亚马逊低地轨道卫星计划原名“柯伊伯计划”，是亚马逊公司旗下的卫星宽带网络项目，目标是通过在低地轨道部署数千颗卫星，为用户提供快速、可靠的互联网服务。
